Elections 2008 Petition Form Elections 2007  

The Elections Committee:

  1. sets standards and procedures, subject to the general policies of the Delegate Assembly, for all elections under the NJEA Constitution, and for the conduct and eligibility of candidates for elective office;
  2. oversees NJEA elections procedures within counties or units.
  3. conducts any necessary state elections;
  4. provides oversight for the tabulation and certification of ballots;
  5. resolves state elections disputes.
