Along with our local, state and national affiliates, the Gloucester County Education Association continuously works for the welfare of children.  We provide opportunities for a continuous study of the problems and improvement of the teaching profession.   Promoting ethical practices, personnel policies and standards of preparation and participation within the teaching profession serves our mission.

To accomplish these goals, professional development opportunities are provided, grants are offered to impart financial assistance and sharing of ideas are encouraged.
