If you don't exercise your benefits, you don't control them.

A goal of the GCEA is to preserve and improve the economic interests, working conditions, job security, and pensions of all members.  In addition, we aim to strengthen our Association by maximizing membership, developing leadership, and supporting affiliates. 

The GCEA accomplishes these goals through our UniServ Office of field reps and consultants, our Government Relations committee (PAC), and advocacy workshops.
